Each category presented below represents an important area in your life. Ascribe a number from 1-10 to each category presented. This indicates your personal assessment for each category, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. This is an excellent practice that allows us to benefit by ‘seeing at a glance’ the quality of our lives. Practicing this regularly helps us to determine if our overall wellness is regenerating or degenerating, while also pointing out the areas that we should be paying special attention to. This practice was originally developed by Daryl Kollman and was later used and expanded by “Mukti” Michael Buck.
