Puraka Pranayama

Puraka is a practice which places the emphasis on the inhalation and it’s subtle nourishing quality as it brings in the vital force.

Procedure

Inhale consciously, slowly, and deeply through the nose.

Without consciously assisting in anyway, allow the breath to naturally be exhaled through the nose.

Repeat as desired.
