Guided Introspection

Offered below are a series of questions you may use to look deep within your being to uncover anything that you may have been holding on to or avoiding. Answer the questions honestly and make a conscious declaration that you are going to take your happiness and growth seriously. There is in fact no time but the present.

What do you love most about yourself?

When was the last time you did something for the very first time?

What are your top 5 values?

Are you honestly living those values each and every day?

What has the fear of failure or rejection stopped you from doing?

What is one thing that you have really wanted to do but haven’t?

Who do you need to forgive?

What self-limiting thought have you been clinging to?

What would you do if you knew that nobody would judge you?

Consider: If you drop your story and everything you cling to, your ideas, opinions, judgments, hopes, dreams, desires, and fears, what would be left?
