Meditation is a state of being, not an activity done for a designated amount of time and then left in that moment while you’re off to other things. While engaged in any activity, become aware; this is meditation. Watch your thoughts without judging, watch your activities, sounds, sensations, letting everything be as it is, providing no resistance. Simply witnessing. In this witnessing the mind begins to calm and tensions fall away… This is meditation.
